Cardiff South and Penarth Liberal Democrat Campaigner, Dominic Hannigan has hit out at the Vale of Glamorgan Council after access to Llandough Hospital was stopped by the weather last week. During the heavy snow on Thursday and Friday, it became impossible for many patients and staff to gain access to the hospital because the roads had not been cleared of snow and ice.
